Thank you to everyone who attended the James Thredgold Jeweller Kooyonga Foundation Golf Day on Friday 19 November. Whilst the final figure is still being confirmed, we are pleased to announce we made a little over $56K! This is by far the best result we have had to date and could not have been achieved without the support of all the sponsors, donors and volunteers. We take this opportunity to thank our Naming Rights Sponsor, James Thredgold Jeweller for supporting this important event on the Foundation calendar and additionally for putting up a ‘his & hers’ pair of Tag Heuer watches as the hole in one prize. Unfortunately it didn’t go off this year but the prize certainly inspired all to give the 15th their best shot!
We have received great feedback from all the players with those who were involved treated to plenty of food and drinks before the game and on course, finishing off with a great 3 course meal for dinner.
Ben Hook MC’d the night and we were fortunate to be treated to an excellent Q&A with Stephen Rowe, former Australian Rules Footballer and host of Rowey’s Sports Show on 5AA. Thank you to both Ben and Stephen.
